  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, with all accessories and original packaging.
  • Custom or discounted items cannot be exchanged or returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  • The customer is responsible for shipping and return costs, unless the item is defective or there was an error on our part.
  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method after verifying the item's condition.
  • Refunds are only available when there is a manufacturing issue from our side on the product.
